The minister suffers the reproaches of the Instituto Patria because "she does not defend judicial reform." In the Government they relativize the impact of the controversial clause that Oscar Parrilli introduced.

In order not to make visible fissures that could favor the opposition in the debate in Congress, the Government tries to shut down the internal that the judicial reform exposed between Kirchnerism and the Minister of Justice, Marcela Losardo .

The analysis they make in the Government is that "this fight is of no use to anyone" because it "may affect" the process of the project. Not so much in the Senate, where the ruling party has a large majority to achieve the half sanction, but because of the public impact in the face of what will be the battle for numbers in the Chamber of Deputies.

"It does not add that they hit the minister . We have to be more united than ever because they are sheltered. The opposition tries to divert attention and not seriously discuss the need to reform the Justice and in particular Comodoro Py and the federal jurisdiction", reasons an important ram of the President, with an office in Casa Rosada.

As Clarín was able to know, the concern that the dispute continues to escalate generated crusade calls from Quinta de Olivos with weighty leaders who recognize Cristina as the only leader.

Losardo, for his part, silently resists the criticism he received from the ruling party itself  and decided to avoid controversy. "Journalists stir fights that are nothing more than differences" in style, he transmitted to his people.

Those who spoke with Losardo in the last few days assure that "she looks, she is not going to fight with anyone." "He has the absolute backing of Alberto, who is his friend and has known her for more than 30 years.  He does not need to show commitment or loyalty to anyone, " they note.

The minister remained at the center of criticism K after the controversy broke out over the inclusion, in the opinion that was signed in the Senate, of a clause promoted by Senator Oscar Parrilli , which contemplates that the judges must inform the Council of the Magistracy when they notice any "attempt to influence their decisions" by "media powers" .

Faced with the bid with the opposition and against journalistic entities, the Cristinista sector of the Frente de Todos pointed against Losardo for understanding that he "did not defend the reform" , but especially because in the media it was raised that the minister had not been notified of that amendment and who found out when the news leaked. "How can she not know if she was there the day that Oscar (Parrilli) made the proposal?", They raise from the toughest sector of Kirchnerism, where they assure that "of course the President was aware".

The tension between Losardo and the toughest sectors of Kirchnerism has been latent almost since the very formation of the Ministry of Justice. Beyond the fact that with his vice-minister Juan Martín Mena , a man of extreme confidence of Cristina Kirchner, he has a healthy coexistence, it is from the Patria Institute where more criticism of the president's friend - and former partner - arises.

As Pablo de León told in Clarín, in this case they reproach him that he is "hidden" and that he did not defend the judicial reform despite being the one who wrote a large part of the project. "She did not put her face. She came only the first day and then she did not go anywhere to defend the project that is not ours, but the Government," complains an ultra-K voice from Congress.

But the claim exceeds this situation. A source who walks the corridors of the Instituto Patria maintains that "this is not the first time that has happened." "The other time with the prisoners did not put his face either. If you are a minister put your face, if you don't have to go, " he complains.

Strictly speaking, on that occasion the broad power that Mena wields was also exposed , who despite being Secretary of Justice and his virtual number 2, it is known that he is only accountable to Cristina Kirchner and that he is not a simple vice minister like there are in other wallets. Despite this situation, both have managed to amalgamate their technical teams.

Given the intention of the Government, everything seems to indicate that the crosses will end when the judicial reform leaves the sphere of the Senate and is the head of the Chamber of Deputies, Sergio Massa; whoever charges alongside the FdT block chief, Máximo Kirchner; with the responsibility of turning it into law.

But the fury against Losardo could be a precedent for the future, as was the reaction of the hardest sectors when Cristina was publicly pointed out as the ideologist of the expropriation project of Vicentin, which motivated Alberto F. to come out to win the initiative already untie his vice.

After all, the message that does not go unnoticed in the Frente de Todos is that hitting Losardo, in the language of politics and more so in the current configuration of the Cabinet, implies hitting the President.
