The boy had just after 18:00 on a pile of sand played. This suddenly collapsed over him. The boy, who until then had been playing in a pit he had built, was buried under the masses of sand .

Child dies under masses of sand: criminal investigation investigates

Family members who noticed the accident immediately began to dig the child out of the sand . Resuscitation measures were then initiated immediately . An emergency doctor was also called. He continued resuscitation of the boy, but to no avail. The child died on the spot. The Fürstenfeldbruck criminal police took over the investigation into the course of the accident . At first, the police did not provide any further information about the location and events, also with consideration for the relatives who witnessed the drama.

A terrible incident occurred in Tüßling in Upper Bavaria. A boy (4) suddenly disappeared - and was then found lifeless in a stream. A young woman died in Oberschleißheim near Munich. What initially looked like an accident was probably a violent crime.
