Feldafing - An assault rifle , more precisely a Zastava, type M77bl, a Serbian replica of the AKM Kalashnikov , was handed over to the Starnberg police by a 58-year-old man from Feldafing on Tuesday afternoon - and a criminal case was initiated with it .
The police report said he found the gun while cleaning up in the attic . The rifle falls under the War Weapons Control Act . It is therefore forbidden to own it or even to carry it around.
