Storm "Kirsten" has also left its mark in Freising: Several cars were damaged, some of them massively, on Erdinger Strasse.
Freising - Between Pulling and Achering, a birch tree fell on the overhead line on Wednesday - and on Erdinger Strasse in Freising, the massive fork of a maple tree couldn't withstand the storm: At the level of the municipal building yard, “Kirsten” made sure that a branch of the tree was opened several parked vehicles crashed and blocked the road on one side. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

The consequences of the gusts of wind will be expensive: a parked Mazda was completely destroyed, three other cars (two Opel, one Skoda) were scratched and dented. According to the police, the property damage is estimated at several thousand euros. The Freising fire brigade came with a vehicle and six active people to clear the tree. The building yard took care of the removal.
