Should the government be a protagonist during a pandemic?

Mauro Guillén, Professor of International Management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, affirms that the government is essential to attend to public health during a pandemic. The sociologist and economist adds that the government role is also important to avoid an economic disaster as a result of a health emergency.
