(CNN Spanish) - This Friday Manuel “El Loco” Valdés passed away at the age of 89. We tell you five facts about the popular Mexican actor and comedian, who had an extensive career in film, television and theater in his country.

More than 60 films

"El Loco" Valdés participated in more than 60 films, according to the Mexican state agency Notimex.
