Crisis obliges, the fight against the fraud in the concealed work takes this year a particular dimension. Like other state services, inspectors from the Central Agency of Social Security Bodies (Acoss), which brings together the Urssafs, are in fact mobilized to track down employers who abuse partial unemployment. "The fight against organized short-time work fraud is our priority for 2020. We are therefore focusing the work of our services more specifically on these fraudsters, who use, for example, false Siret numbers" , specifies in Figaro , Olivier Dussopt, the Deputy Minister of Public Accounts.

From March, when the health crisis broke out, the government considerably expanded the partial activity mechanism in order to maintain, at all costs, employment in companies. No less than 31 billion will thus be mobilized over the year to subsidize part of the pay of employees whose activity has been reduced or suspended.
