As reported, the public prosecutor's office accused a 30-year-old at a hearing at the Wolfratshausen district court of having hit his victim several times in the face suddenly and for no reason. The defendant himself recalled a completely different course of events: he was the actual victim and was attacked by the plaintiff, also Geretsrieder, for no apparent reason. "I only pushed him away to defend myself," he said on the record. The defendant's wife gave a very similar version.
Again and again trouble with the ex-boyfriend - then it pops
The physical confrontation three years ago was not the first argument between the young Geretsriedern: The defendant has been in a relationship with the ex-girlfriend of his opponent for several years, now the two are married - "and there was always trouble with her ex-boyfriend" he remembered during the trial.

Said ex did not show up on this date. Therefore, the proceedings were continued a few days later to give the alleged victim the opportunity to comment on the dispute after all. The court also waited in vain for the plaintiff at the second hearing. The so far innocent 30-year-old in the dock was acquitted of the charge of assault. dst
