In the line for consumers: IKEA Israel launches the new catalog for 2021 with 1,709 products: 91 of which are more expensive and 249 of which are discounted.
For the first time, this is a digital edition of the catalog that will be launched on Wednesday, marking the brand's 70th birthday, which has so far been used through the well-known catalogs. It has now been decided, as part of the sustainability trend, to encourage the use of digital and reduce the number of hard copies.
The digital edition of the catalog enables a virtual browsing experience via mobile or PC. It also allows for quick and convenient browsing through all parts of the catalog, including access to each of the six houses featured in it and the design guide that provides inspiration, tips and smart home design ideas.

So far the full catalog has been the one printed, and parts of it have appeared on the Internet. It will now be possible to see the full catalog online.
Another innovation is the transformation of the catalog into a design guide for a better everyday life. The design guide is full of "how to" tips, how to create a better home, how to design in a cost-effective and smart way, how to combine colors and patterns and more.
In the online catalog one can view types of houses, such as a house for a young couple in a minimalist apartment; A small and smart apartment; Renovated rental prior to expansion; A house with two teenagers; A combined studio apartment for living and working, and more. The IKEA 2021 catalog is 284 pages long, translated into 38 languages and distributed in 54 countries.
