Algeria, Yemen, Britain and France recorded more deaths and infections with the new Corona virus during the past 24 hours.

Algeria announced that the total number of cases of the epidemic reached 43,781, an increase of 379 new infections, while the total deaths reached 1491, an increase of 8 deaths during the past 24 hours.

In Yemen, the total number of injuries reached 1946, an increase of 3 injuries, without any new deaths recorded today.

In France, the total number of people infected with the virus reached 272,530, an increase of 5453 new infections, while the total deaths reached 30,602, an increase of 6 deaths during the past 24 hours.

Britain recorded 1,108 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours, slightly lower than the number recorded yesterday.

And the British health authorities indicated that 12 people had died within 28 days of discovering their infection with the disease.

For its part, Myanmar recorded 77 new cases of Coronavirus today, in the largest daily increase recorded since the outbreak of the disease on its soil.

Most of the new cases of infection were recently recorded in Sittwe, the capital of the conflict-torn Rakhine State, where the authorities imposed general isolation and a curfew.

Last Wednesday, Myanmar recorded 70 new cases.

From the emergence of the first case last March, only six people died of the disease, while the total number of cases reached 733 cases.
