Barack Obama's message after Chadwick Boseman's death: "You could tell right away that he was blessed"

The death of Chadwick Boseman , the star actor of "Black Panther", generated huge repercussions on social networks. Boseman died on Friday, August 28, of colon cancer, a disease she has kept secret since she was diagnosed in 2016. 

A fervent defender of the rights of African Americans, the figure of Black Panther marked a before and after. Former US President Barack Obama today recalled the work Boseman did for children.

Obama wrote the message with a retweet of the actor, in which the latter thanked him for his service and advice. Boseman played baseball player Jackie Robinson in the movie "42," which was released in 2013. The actor's death came on the day that all MLB organizations commemorated 'Jackie Robinson Day.'

The film chronicled Robinson's battle to successfully break the color barrier in Major League Baseball in 1947, portraying not only Robinson's career in the Negro Leagues and the process by which he was selected by the Dodgers general manager. of Brooklyn, Branch Rickey, but also the racism, abuse, relentless threats, and anguish that Robinson experienced during his historic professional career.
