Achievement and creativity is present when the name of the child Wadih Nahal is mentioned in any concert and local or international competition, so that his arrival to the last stage of the "Mozart International" piano competition in Switzerland constitutes among the twenty qualified people under the age of 18, one of the stations of continuous success that promises great musical talent.
Nahal, who considers qualifying for the final stage of the Mozart competition as one of the most important global competitions on the piano, is a pride for himself and for his country as he represents a Syrian child who innovates in a country that for ten years has tried to destroy and kill the future of his children with terrorism.
Nahal's talent for composing came to light when he played a piece of music written by him entitled "When Syria Cries", in which he expressed the pain of war during his participation in the Mozart competition, in addition to pieces by major European classical authors.
Nahal considers that what he has accomplished is steps towards reaching his dream of playing in the largest theaters, presenting his music to the world, and representing Syria in the best way in which he sees a beautiful future for her children to make.
Al-Arsuzi stressed the importance of discovering talents in children and nurturing them and focusing on music as a means of education and upbringing, especially with the presence of institutes that incubate talents and professors who possess academic knowledge and ability to communicate with children and put their talents on the right path, noting the great demand that music has received from parents and children despite the circumstances of the war on Syria. Which made music a space for self-expression and connection with the surroundings.
