The continuous rain should continue until Wednesday. The temperatures remain at a mild 16 to 19 degrees. It won't be sunny again until Thursday and the temperatures will rise again to over 20 degrees Celsius.

Munich weather: KATWARN triggers - warning applies for three days
Update August 28, 9:35 a.m .: Munich is heading for the next striking weather situation, even KATWARN triggers. It should be pretty wet in the coming days. The German Weather Service (DWD) reports: “There is heavy continuous rain of varying intensity. Precipitation amounts between 60 and 90 liters per square meter are expected ”.
It may take some time before the spook is over. The KATWARN announcement is valid from today (6 p.m.) to Monday (12 a.m.) - other parts of the Free State are affected. The people of Munich already had to struggle with heavy rain in August 2020: the Isar level rose threateningly, and a temporary bathing ban had even been issued.

This led to severe impairment , especially at the Ostfriedhof . Like the city Munich announced that the storm broke off several large branches. Therefore, the administration decided to close the cemetery to visitors. Only burials will take place as usual.
