One of the consequences of COVID-19 in Italy is the discovery that fascism is a mutant virus, still present and dangerous. I am not aware that anyone, to corroborate this finding, has associated the appearance of covid-19 in 2019 with the centenary of the birth of fascism, which took place in 1919. In reality, the discovery of the fascist virus preceded the covid- 19. In fact, in April of last year, the writer Andrea Camilleri affirmed: "Fascism is a mutant virus."
