Of the 17 detainees in the case, the prosecution is expected to file indictments against two adults from Hadera and two other brothers, minors, from the Lachish area. • The rest of the detainees will probably be charged with failing to prevent a crime.

Four of the 17 detainees will be charged with rape. The four are two adults, aged 27 from Hadera, and two other brothers, minors, who live in a moshav in the Lachish area. Apparently, the rest of the suspects will be charged with failing to prevent a crime.
The announcement of the filing of the indictments comes after last Thursday the police announced that the investigation team had managed to decipher the rape of the 16-year-old minor at a hotel in Eilat, just two weeks from the start of the investigation.
• The owner of the hotel where the rape case took place in Eilat revealed in the hearing an extension of her detention: "I was raped at the age of 14."
• The mother of one of the suspects in the rape in Eilat: "My son would never have hurt a girl"
• The complainant's home for the rape in Eilat will be secured
The special investigation team was able to track the timeline at the hotel and reach all the suspects involved in the incident. Police also said that the victim's testimony was found to be reliable and that evidentiary evidence was found.
However, the main suspect, a 27-year-old from Hadera, denied the suspicions against him at a hearing on extending his detention last week. "He was not and was not created," he said. "I deny all the serious suspicions against me. Believe me, there will come a time when the truth will come out." The other adult admitted that he photographed what was happening in the hotel room.
