The new issue of Al-Hayat Quarterly Theatrical Magazine bore the panoramic aspect of its review of the activities that the Syrian and some Arab woods witnessed during a year, as well as contemporary personalities who contributed to the enrichment of the theatrical movement.
The magazine issued by the Directorate of Theaters and Music in the Ministry of Culture, in its number, provided 109 coverage of a number of festivals and performances, including the first Muhammad al-Maghout theater festival in Hama, in addition to shedding light on eight theatrical performances in the Childhood Joy demonstration, and the word number addressed the Syrian theatrical achievements.
In the pages of the Studies and Research Department, we read an article by the journalist Juman Barakat about the play, Kimya, a call for love and life by director Ajaj Selim, indicating that the show sharply shows the general features of the new drama from the adoption of a short, graceful dialogue and a spin around the idea, pointing to the text's basic idea that war made us forget the war.
The issue presented appearances in Arab theater, including the twenty-sixth Cairo International Festival for Contemporary and Experimental Theater by Dr. Maysoon Ali, and a reading in the text of the play Freedom Counseling for Salah al-Din by Omani writer Azza al-Qasabi written by Dr. Mahmoud Saeed in addition to two articles on the late Egyptian playwright Lenin al-Ramli and Iraqi Sami Abdel-Hamid.
As for the section on experiences and visions, it includes interviews with a number of Syrian playwrights, including Thara Dabsi ... the prevailing directing visions are discouraging to Salwa Saleh and theater director Dr. Salim Ajaj .. In the theater, souls are purified and souls are elevated by Ahmed Ali Hilal and puppet theater artist Ghada Barakat ..
