An
employee
of a Gerli refrigerator was killed this Monday by a bullet in the forehead when a
75-year
-
old
retired
from the Federal Police, chased the two criminals who had stolen his car from his house.
Sources of the investigation informed
Clarín
that it is Walter Emilio Guerreño, 40, father of four children and a neighbor of Bernal, who has worked since 2012 at the Frigosur Moncar SRL refrigerator.
The retired police officer who, according to sources, was
in shock
after the employee's crime, remains in
custody
by order of the prosecutor Gastón Fernández, of the UFI No. 3 of Lanús, who accuses him of
homicide
