The seizure of land in the province of Buenos Aires, five illegal occupations a week, shot out of institutional control and the

mayors of Juntos por el Cambio of the AMBA blame the government of Axel Kicillof for “inaction”.

In a complex plot that involves misery, necessity, mafias, political coverage, incompetence of the security forces, judicial delinquency and inhibition of the municipalities (government officials or opponents), the usurpations of private and fiscal properties in the Province acquire a gigantic volume .

It results simultaneously with the intakes in Neuquén and Río Negro.

In the south there are mobilizations and the governor of Río Negro, Anabela Carreras, was in the Casa Rosada seeking help from the Chief of Staff, Santiago Cafiero, for the eviction of the usurped properties, the most burdensome in Villa Mascardi.

In the Province it is alluvial.

In this year alone, 41 illegal settlements were registered in the provincial capital.

Florencio Varela, San Martín, Moreno, La Matanza, Vicente López, Escobar Pilar, Presidente Perón and Cañuelas are some of the districts where the most widespread episodes take place.

There is certainty of the extension of the phenomenon.

The serious social situation contributes.

And the political prospective of various actors in the problem, including Juan Grabois (CTEP), who envisions a generalized landscape of shots.

With no other value judgment than the sole enunciation of these crimes against property.

An exculpatory political synopsis of those responsible for the shots, they say in Cambiemos.

An ambiguity, the same critics, because from their space, as well as from La Cámpora or the Evita Movement, at the bottom, they blame each other.

In this story, the communal chiefs would not escape the culpable act by action or omission.

Some, those of the opposition, in this case, are unmarked and aim directly at Kicillof.

“Mr. Governor, the shots are multiplying, generating fear, anguish and uncertainty in the neighbors.

Citizens deserve to know your position.

As mayor, I need your vision in this regard, ”said Jorge Macri (Vicente López).

And he insisted: "

It is important to have a State present that protects what each of the Argentines earned with their work and what the State owns belongs to everyone

."

The mayors are assumed to be exceeded.

But also the Province because the Police do not act in a timely manner.

Delegating the absolute responsibility in the Justice that offers a slow response, if not nonexistent.

The complement of this irritating defection, according to the questions, is the disparity of criteria that are adopted from the pertinent areas of the Executives.

Minister

Sergio Berni describes it as "criminal action" and promotes the repression of the "land grabbers"

.

The official assures that he deactivates two or three shots per day.

While his peer from the Nation, Sabina Frederic, considers that it is not an inherent issue of Security and that it corresponds to other government levels.

This dissociation worries the communal chiefs.

Diego Valenzuela

(Tres de Febrero), requires "the commitment of the provincial government to protect rights and avoid the exploitation of poverty by speculation and unscrupulous."

Underlying, then, the evidence of the business behind the events.

And, in some cases, the subsequent political advantage in these very poor neighborhoods.

“It is urgent that the provincial authorities take a position

.

The answer must be compliance with the law ”.

Valenzuela completed.

From the municipality of Lanús,

Néstor Grindettti

, took up that line calling "for the law to be followed."

“There can be no discrepancies in that regard.

To achieve this we

need the corresponding authorities to take action on the matter

”, was the explanation.

His Secretary of Security, Diego Kravetz, said on Monday that over

the weekend they thwarted two attempts at usurpations on the Villa Caraza roads and another in the Néstor Kirchner neighborhood.

In La Plata, Mayor

Julio Garro

stated that "it is a crime that has been increasing in recent months."

"We need a clear message from the entire State in the face of the growth of this crime because

it is not possible to cope with conduct that violates private property or public patrimony

," said Garro.

The president of the JpC bloc in the Senate, Roberto Costa, warned that "what the governor can never do is look the other way because his absence makes the situation worse."

Although smaller in volume than the shots in Buenos Aires, in Río Negro a social response from owners and neighbors against the violence unleashed by organized groups is beginning to take shape.

A similar reaction is not hinted at in Buenos Aires.

It may be accustoming.

In the last decades, 1800 settlements were installed

.

A thousand only in the Conurbano and Greater La Plata.

Now, the opposition believes it visualizes a breakdown due to "fed up", so applicable, according to its own sayings, to the quarantine due to the coronavirus and the mobilizations against the Judicial Reform.

In the Government they still did not react to the claim of the mayors.

But, they bring a reflection near the Palace of 6th Street, which refers "there are several who looked the other way, and the opposition has governed or co-governed for a long time."

“They blame Grabois and Evita.

Ask how much Carolina Stanley (former Minister of Social Development of Mauricio Macri), and María Eugenia Vidal gave these two groups that they want to involve in the takings, ”they intrigue amid the controversy.
