Pablo Moyano, vice president of Independiente, was summoned to an inquiry for this Thursday in a cause related to the bars of that club.
Hugo Moyano's eldest son is accused of having led the illicit association with fraud schemes against the Independiente club together with Pablo "Bebote" Álvarez.
He had been summoned for last Friday, but the defense had asked for a postponement and will finally testify this Thursday at 11 in the morning.
On August 3, Chamber 2 of the Criminal Chamber of Lomas de Zamora confirmed the elevation to oral proceedings of the case investigating an illicit association with fraud against the Independiente club.
In December of last year, the Avellaneda judge Brenda Madrid had closed the investigation and sent Pablo "Bebote" Álvarez to an oral trial as head of the illegal association, along with Damián Lagaronne, Roberto (Polish) Petrov, Noray Nakis and Hector “Yoyo” Maldonado among others.
