Cristina Kirchner arrived at the Casa Rosada at 3:44 p.m.

It had been almost nine months since she had been in that building.

The last time

had been on December 10

, when she arrived to participate in the celebrations for her own inauguration as vice president and

the arrival of Alberto Fernández

to the presidency.

The vice president entered the esplanade of Balcarce Street when the President had not yet arrived from Quinta de Olivos.

She spent a few minutes making time in the office of the Minister of the Interior, Eduardo Wado De Pedro, located on the ground floor, and then, when Alberto Fernández entered the Government House, Cristina went up to the office she occupied between 2007 and 2015.

The president and the vice president had already seen each other a day before - they had

lunch together in Olivos on Sunday

- but they still talked for a few minutes and then

entered the Bicentennial Museum together

, where the announcement was made about the percentage of adherence to the debt exchange issued under foreign legislation.

There, Cristina listened carefully to the speech of the Minister of Economy,

Martín Guzmán

, and

nodded her head

in several sections as a sign of approval.

Without speaking, she greeted some of the governors who attended the event from a distance, and who were seated at a large rectangular table.

Due to his gestures, the moment of Guzmán's speech that most pleased him was the minister's reference to the suffering

caused by debt among the poorest

.

With the President's speech he also nodded in some sections.

She did not applaud at any time

, and a moment of confusion was generated when, after finishing her speech, the President looked at her as if inviting her to speak.

A few moments passed, and Fernández realized that there would be no comment from the vice president so he gestured and the official announcer announced that the ceremony was finished.

There, Cristina got up from her chair and

accompanied the President

from the Museum to the Casa Rosada building, where she held a brief meeting with

Axel Kicillof

, De Pedro and the President, in the office of the head of the Ministry of the Interior.
