Will hospitals be ready for a second wave?
The question, legitimate, has continued to be asked in recent days in the face of the proliferation of departments placed in the "red zone" of vigilance in the face of Covid-19.
The Provence-Alpes-Côtes-d'Azur region now has four: Vaucluse, Var and Alpes-Maritimes joined Bouches-du-Rhône last week.
In the region, hospitals are anticipating and are therefore preparing to welcome a new wave of patients positive for Covid-19.

The white plan has thus been activated in hospitals in Bouches-du-Rhône since August 14, in Var, Vaucluse and Alpes-Maritimes, since last Friday.
This crisis mechanism has been in existence since 2004 and should enable health establishments to mobilize all the means necessary to take care of a large number of patients.
