Today, the campaign included Ahmed Iskandar Ahmed School in the Mazzeh area of Damascus, where classrooms, public facilities and toilets were cleaned, drinking water fountains were examined and sterilized, in addition to school furniture, door handles and others.
In a statement to SANA, the school principal, Fida Zaidi, indicated that the school has been completely sterilized and all the seats and door handles the student comes into contact with, especially the bathrooms and water manholes, where all the water taps have been replaced and sterilized, noting that sterilization campaigns for the school will continue according to a specific mechanism during the school year, to be careful For the safety of students and teaching staff.
In turn, the head of the readiness department in the Damascus Education Directorate, Talib Talib, explained that the sterilization campaign continues in the schools of the Damascus governorate in cooperation with the school health, indicating that sterilizers and soap have been secured and the laundries and water manholes have been provided with them so that the schools are ready to receive students with the start of the new school year on the 13th of the month Ongoing.
He explained that the sterilization includes the entire school from the outside door to the classroom and administration, teacher rooms, theater, informatics room, laboratory, furniture, patios, fences and all surfaces that the student can touch, indicating that the campaign that continues until the opening of schools and continues according to a specific mechanism during the school year aims to provide a safe and healthy healthy environment.
