This is how AfD politicians reacted to a guide for dealing with rights

Christian Weiß from Hamburg sent the book "Say something. Arguing radically politely against right-wing populism" to all 709 members of the Bundestag. Some replied.

It was a coincidence that Christian Weiß was sitting next to the display for young people's literature.

The 41-year-old was at a reading in a bookstore, and there was another book in the shop window next to the children's bestseller "The Kackwurstfabrik": instructions on how to argue against right-wing populism.

Weiß took it because the title appealed to him immediately, he remembers today.

But he liked the book so much that he had an idea: Weiss ordered a copy for every member of the Bundestag and sent a copy to all 709 elected representatives, including a personal cover letter.

Subject: "A present for you".

According to Weiss, he spent almost 4,000 euros on the books, plus the costs for packaging and stationery.

And all the work: the orders, the cover letter, the packing.

To save on postage, Weiß registered with the Bundestag administration, drove his car to Berlin and brought the parcels over.

That was on February 20, the day after a right-wing extremist assassin shot ten people in Hanau.
