Good news for caregivers: the salary increases promised for the hospital public service during the “Health Segur” will be paid from September 20 ... without waiting for January 2021 as initially planned.

, welcomed the ministers Olivier Véran (Health) and Brigitte Bourguignon (Autonomy) in a joint press release.

Signed on July 13 between a majority of representative unions and the Prime Minister, the “Ségur de la Santé” agreement provides for a revaluation of 183 euros net monthly for midwives and non-medical staff of the public: 90 euros applicable from September 1, 2020, which were to be paid retroactively on the January 2021 payroll;
then an additional 93 euros from March 1, 2021.
But the government decided to speed up the process.
