A number of Palestinian prisoners suffocated due to the Israeli occupation forces' storming of “Ofer” prison in the West Bank, after the death of the prisoner Dawood Al-Khatib.
Wafa news agency quoted the prisoner club as saying that the occupation forces stormed the prison after the prisoner's death and fired poison gas canisters, which led to the suffocation of a number of prisoners, warning of the seriousness of violations and repressive practices of the occupation authorities against the prisoners in violation of international conventions.
The captive Dawood Talaat Al-Khatib, 45, was martyred this evening in the Israeli occupation detention centers due to medical negligence and the systematic killing adopted by the occupation authorities against the prisoners in their detention centers.
