The weather in Hong Kong continues to be extremely hot.
The Observatory predicts that there will be rain and breeze in Hong Kong for the next nine days, and southerly winds of magnitude 2 to 3 will start next Sunday (6th).
It is expected that a broad trough of low pressure will bring showers and thunderstorms to the coastal areas of South China in the early to middle next week.
Tropical cyclone Mesak will traverse the East China Sea and the Korean Peninsula today and tomorrow. Another tropical cyclone "Poseidon" is gradually intensifying. It is predicted to move similarly to Mesak, but will be farther north. The observatory will head towards Kagoshima, Japan. And the Korean Peninsula.
