A 16-year-old rapper, whose clip showing a point of deal in Grenoble is linked to videos that angered the authorities, was placed in police custody on Wednesday 2 September.
The prefect of Isère announced to the press that the young man had been arrested on Wednesday morning.

This singer responding to the artist name of Corbak Hood had assured France 3 the day before that these images were only a "
staging
", denying any link between his clip and the drug trafficking that plagues the Mistral district, where it does not reside.

The teenager "
was taken into custody by the police officers of the Grenoble judicial police station around 8:30 am for incitement to the use or trafficking of narcotics, (...) to the use of substances presented as endowed with narcotic effects;
provocation, not followed by effects, to crime or misdemeanor by word, prohibited carrying of weapons, public insults towards a person holding public authority
”, specified the public prosecutor Éric Vaillant.
The acts referred to were committed in Grenoble "
between August 21 and September 1
", date of broadcast of the clip which includes the images of one of the two videos which provoked the ire of the authorities and led to a police raid on demand of the Minister of the Interior.
The rapper says he deliberately "
leaked
" these images on social networks to
create a
"
buzz
" and ensures that the weapons shown in his clip are "
fake
".
But the other video, shot from above and showing armed individuals dressed in bulletproof vests, is not included in the clip.
