With the approaching date of opening schools to students, the Directorate of Education in Damascus Countryside is intensifying the sterilization and cleaning campaign in its schools to ensure a clean environment inside the classroom, public facilities, roofs, tanks and toilets completely, as the campaign today included the Maadamiyeh Al-Sham School for Girls in Rural Damascus.
In a statement to SANA, the supervisor of the educational complex in Western Ghouta, Nawal Dabour, stated that the campaign includes all 120 schools in Western Ghouta in the countryside of Damascus, including 11 schools in the city of Moadamiya, noting that sterilizers and cleaning tools have been distributed to schools in preparation for the reception of the new school year, noting that All schools will be ready and sterile to receive students while continuing to implement the campaign after the schools open their doors.
In turn, director of Maadamiyeh Al-Sham Secondary School for Girls, Fawzia Ballah, pointed out that the school sterilization campaign has not stopped and aims to secure appropriate health conditions for students and reassure parents of their children's safety, indicating that a health supervisor will be assigned, whose role is to educate students and educate them about healthy habits, how to wash hands, use masks, and achieve spatial distancing .
