Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas reiterated that the Palestinian people would fail all plans aimed at settling their cause, foremost among which is the so-called Deal of the Century.
Wafa news agency quoted Abbas as saying that the Palestinian issue faces various conspiracies and dangers, most notably the so-called deal of the century and the Israeli annexation plans, which we have prevented until the moment with the steadfastness of our people and the steadfastness of our position.
Abbas explained that the US administration’s absolute bias towards the occupation encouraged him to continue its crimes against the Palestinians, and said we will not accept the United States as the only mediator for negotiations nor for its plan, which we have rejected and rejected by the entire international community for its clear violation of international law.
Abbas called for achieving reconciliation and national unity and forming a unified leadership for popular resistance to achieve the goals of the Palestinian people and its inalienable constants, foremost of which is ending the occupation and establishing the Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
