A 16-year-old rapper author of a clip showing a point of deal in Grenoble was indicted for "
complicity in drug trafficking and use of drugs
" Thursday evening September 3 by the children's judge, said the prosecution.
This clip is said to be linked to videos released a week earlier showing armed individuals dressed in bulletproof vests around a deal point in the Mistral district, which angered the authorities and led to a police operation in the request from the Minister of the Interior.

The children's judge before whom the young man was referred also "
heard him as an assisted witness for provocation to illicit use or drug trafficking
", added Eric Vaillant, public prosecutor.
He was placed on "
preliminary supervised release with placement in a home and obligation to perform a measure of reparation
", before the judgment on the merits "
which will take place at a later date
", specified Mr. Vaillant.
"
Daily cannabis consumer, out of school for many months, this minor under the supervision of the departmental council admitted to having been the watchman on the point of the Alma deal (another neighborhood in Grenoble where drug trafficking is rife, editor's note) and to have punctually participated in drug trafficking in the Grenoble conurbation
”, detailed the prosecutor.
However, noted the magistrate, "
his explanations remain insufficient and present inconsistencies and contradictions, in particular on the date on which his clip was shot and mixed with the videos broadcast on August 25
".
To buzz"
The young man accused, responding to the artist name of "
Corbak Hood
", had assured to have made "
leak
" these images on social networks to make the "
buzz
" and increase a notoriety quite relative until then.
"
In conclusion, it appears that the minor could not achieve his clip without the approval or the help of drug traffickers of Mistral and that this video serves in one way or another their interests
", estimated the prosecutor.
Mr. Vaillant therefore "
continue the investigation entrusted to the judicial police
", which "
falls within the framework of the determined fight against traffickers
".
In this context, and with an intensification of controls in the Grenoble area, the authorities have announced in recent days several arrests and seizures in Mistral and in other districts.
The last communication from the prosecutor's office in the afternoon reported a seizure of 7 kg of cannabis resin and handguns in an apartment in Echirolles, a neighboring municipality of Grenoble, as well as the arrest of a 24-year-old man who will appear for immediate appearance on Friday.
It was neighbors, noticing a strong smell of cannabis coming from a balcony, who had warned the police.
