Oscar Parrilli struck the note once more in the opening minutes of a new session of the Upper House.

Prado, a low-profile ambassador who is not a fan of explosive statements, uttered two sentences in that zoom that triggered Parrilli's furious response.

Parrilli also pointed against Donald Trump himself and used it as an argument to ask Prado not to talk about Justice in Argentina.
