When they returned from their vacation in Croatia, four young Munich women took a corona test in Bavaria.
But around the results it came to chaos.
For four friends from Munich *, the
Croatia vacation went
really well at first.
When the country was partially declared a risk area, their return became a horror trip.
However, there were no problems abroad, but at a corona
test station
in the Bavarian homeland.
Munich - summer, sun and the turquoise blue sea of the Adriatic: the
vacation in Croatia went
really well
for the four friends Laura, Sandra, Luise and Christina
.
Until the country was partially declared a risk area.
The
return
should be a
horror trip
for the students
.
But not on the road, but at home!
Because after the obligatory corona tests for returnees, the data of the friends disappeared for days, then the young women were advised to have a second test.
In the end, the results from the first test suddenly reappeared.
"That was total chaos, there was actually only misinformation,"
says Christina G. annoyed.
There is not much left of the holiday mood.
Corona Munich: Holiday area is declared a risk area - female students react immediately
The four young women since the school days in wanted
Munich
are close friends, do everything right.
That's why they rented a small apartment in Razanj.
Without a lot of fuss.
“There weren't many tourists where we were.” It was clear that you still can't take time out from the corona pandemic * when the Šibenik-Knin County, in which the holiday resort is located, was due to the high number of cases from Foreign Office has been declared a
risk
area.
“We then reacted immediately,” says the 23-year-old, “and organized the return trip accordingly”.
Already at 9:30 a.m. on August 27th, the friends were in the
test station Hochfelln-Nord
on the A8 near the Chiemsee.
You entered your data for the
corona test
digitally using a QR code form.
But: Only in one case was a (negative) test result returned after 72 hours.
“The rest of the data was all gone,” says the student annoyed.
What was also annoying: Every time she
called
the
Covid support
hotline to
inquire about the state of affairs, the trouble started all over again.
"I had to enter my data again and again."
Coronavirus Munich: Three records have been completely lost
Each time it was said that this time they should be saved.
But that didn't work out.
Finally, the following statement from Covid Support is said to have been made:
The three data sets were completely lost
.
"And apparently we weren't the only ones," the 23-year-old says of the statements she received on the phone.
As an alternative to two weeks of quarantine, those affected were advised to be tested again.
Only: It wasn't easy to get a place in a hurry.
At the
test station
on the
Theresienwiese
, for example, there are currently no free appointments.

After time-consuming internet research, it turned out that there are still opportunities for testing in Neubiberg: If you are quick and have time.
The friends waited for hours on Monday morning for a second smear.
On Tuesday, contrary to all previous statements
, the missing three results of the first tests
were suddenly
available.
"We are all negative," says Christina G. with relief.
All the stress, the phone calls, the waiting hours and fears: "You could have saved yourself all that." The State Office for Health, which has awarded the station operation in Hochfelln to the service provider Eurofins, is
aware of
"no
major
delays
".
However, there was maintenance work on servers on August 27, which would have led to waiting times longer than the agreed 48 hours.
Incidentally, 70 new corona cases were confirmed in Munich on Tuesday.
Despite the corona pandemic, a mega-party event is scheduled for Saturday: there are already several hundred confirmations for an illegal rave.
The police have been warned.
