Russia: Do not deny that Navalny was poisoned by "special forces of the West"
The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service said that the doctors in the country did not find any traces of poison in the body of the opponent of the regime.
This is after Germany, where Navalny is hospitalized in a coma, said there was unequivocal evidence that he had been attacked with nerve gas.
In the West, sanctions on the Kremlin are being discussed, and answers are awaited from Moscow.

Russia's foreign intelligence chief said today (Thursday) that Moscow could not deny that Western special forces were behind the poisoning of opposition leader Alexei Navalny.
Sergei Narishkin, the head of the agency, added that the Russian doctors who treated Nabalani after she fell ill in Siberia last month found no traces of poison in his body.
His remarks came a day after German Chancellor Angela Merkel declared that Navalny had been poisoned with Novichuk nerve gas in an attempt to assassinate him.
The Novichuk type was also used to poison former British spy Sergei Scripps in 2018, who survived the assassination attempt attributed to Moscow by Britain.
However, an uninvolved civilian died as a result of exposure to the remnants of the deadly gas, developed by the Soviets in the 1970s and 1980s.
Merkel stressed today that any German or European response to Navalny's poisoning depends on Russian cooperation in investigating the case.
At a press conference alongside the Swedish Prime Minister, she stated that she has nothing to add beyond her condemnation and demands for answers from yesterday.
However, a senior member of her party, considered his possible successor, said the EU could be irrelevant if he did not punish Moscow.

Navalny collapsed on a plane about two weeks ago, after drinking tea at a Siberian airport before boarding a flight to Moscow.
His associates believe the tea was poisoned by Kremlin agents.
After a delay of about a day, he was released from the local hospital and flown for treatment at the Charita Hospital in Berlin.
The 44-year-old villain has been the most prominent spokesman against President Vladimir Putin for more than a decade, exposing corruption investigations at the highest levels and taking young people to the streets.
He has been arrested many times for organizing public meetings and rallies and has been prosecuted for corruption investigations.
He was disqualified from running in the 2018 presidential election.
The Nabalani hospital has announced that he is still hospitalized in critical condition in the intensive care unit and connected to a respirator, although some of his symptoms are improving.
They added that they could not rule out long-term consequences as a result of the poisoning, and that the opposition leader was expected to have a long period of illness.
