Valid in parking lot and received payment: Israeli and Palestinian accused of rape in Petah Tikva

The prosecution has filed a serious indictment against Vata Ayala, 30, and Iyad 'Abda Allah, 41, for rape and sodomy.

The Central District Attorney's Office today (Thursday) filed a serious indictment in the Central District Court against Vata Ayala, 30, and Iyad 'Abd Allah, a 41-year-old illegal resident, for raping and sodomy a woman in Petah Tikva.

According to the indictment, 'Abd Allah located the complainant near a bar in the city when she was drunk, Ayala followed the two as they started walking, and the two raped her one after the other in the parking lot.

It also appears that the two even agreed that Ayala would pay to worship Allah in exchange for rape.

'Abd Allah is also accused of indecent acts, bringing a person into the act of prostitution in aggravated circumstances and entering and staying in Israel illegally.

According to the indictments, filed by attorney Daphne Gasner-Farnbach, he "performed in the complainant a mask of severe sexual assault, while she was in a state of intoxication that significantly impaired her ability to function and understand her actions and prevented her from expressing free consent or resisting."
