Judge Anonymous Letter from Ge Peifan Zhou Haoding wrote to urge the judiciary to go to the Legislative Council to give a detailed account

Members of the DAB Legislative Council Ge Peifan and Zhou Haoding recently quoted an "anonymous letter" with unverified content in a YouTube clip, referring to the Chief Justice Ma Daoli of the Court of Final Appeal convening all Hong Kong magistrates to attend a legal briefing on July 3. During the meeting, Judge Huang Chonghou of the High Court pointed out that if the trial involves an anti-amendment demonstration, unless there is very reliable evidence, the suspected interests can be attributed to the defendant's principle to "exempt him from crime." In response, the judiciary stated that the content of the statement made by the alleged speaker in the anonymous letter was not true. Ge Peifan and Zhou Haoding wrote to Liang Meifen, chairman of the Judicial and Legal Affairs Committee, requesting an agenda for the meeting, inviting representatives of the judiciary to attend the meeting, and clearly explaining the purpose and content of the seminar.

Zhou Haoding read an anonymous letter during the live broadcast, naming the High Court Judge Huang Chonghou by name, saying that in the briefing session on July 3, he asked the magistrates to be cautious in words and deeds and take into account the feelings of the public during the trial. He also said that Ma Daoli "only To watch".
