While the eyes go on each result of the dozen
swabs
and blood tests that Boca has carried out with all its squad in the "bubble" of Ezeiza, and while waiting to return to practice this week with most of the soccer players (those that were negative and asymptomatic positives that will complete the 10 days of isolation), they are prepared in the Bombonera.
Not only for Boca, but also for the National Team.
In Brandsen 805, a series of works was resumed (seats are being replaced) and began, among other things, tasks to adapt the stadium to the
sanitary requirements
that are required to carry out matches.
Thus, in addition to the
sanitizing tunnels
that were installed at each access to the stadium, columns will also be placed that will function as dispensers for gel alcohol and automatic disinfection.
Although
the biggest modification will be on the playing field.
It is that just as it was observed in most of the meetings that were played in Europe (both in the leagues and in the Champions League), the distance between the players who are in the substitute benches led to their placement in the stalls of the stages.
What will Boca do?

The club offered
three possibilities
against Conmebol.
The first is to use the low stalls in which the acrylics were removed at the beginning of the year and which has access to the playing field through a small ramp.
But that space has a disadvantage: it is in the other head of the place where substitutes are usually located and turns its back on the camera shot, in addition to leaving any substitutes without a roof.
The other options, and that will be put into operation, convinced more.
One is to create direct access to the stalls of the boxes that are above the substitute benches through stairs at the ends of the playing field.
Thus, although somewhat elevated, they will be one step away from DT and PF to warm up.
And finally, what has already started to be done was to
dismantle three VIP boxes
on each side of the substitute benches.
There, with glass enclosures, a series of ground-level spaces were built with amenities for members and subscribers.
La Bombonera would also have a structural change on the playing field.

Now without an audience, from Boca they will open those areas and allow all the alternates of the delegations to be at the same level during the game, but separated according to health protocol.
These changes must have the final approval of Conmebol for both Boca's matches in the Libertadores (9/29 against Libertad and 10/22 against Caracas) and for the debut of the Argentine National Team in the Qualifiers against Ecuador.
In addition, access to the changing rooms (local and visitor) will be expanded and a sanitary corridor will be formed to the area where the players warm up.
