At 11 o'clock in the evening on the 7th, a warehouse next to the Tsing Yi Oil Depot on Tsing Yi Road was reported to have caught fire and smoke. The Fire Services Department received multiple reports.
Because the location is quite close to the oil depot, the fire department is listed as the "No. 2 Fire Alarm" and the oil depot fire alarm lineup. A number of fire trucks are mobilized to the scene, including the foam car and the "foam cannon" specially used to extinguish the oil depot fire.
At the same time, a fire-fighting ship was deployed on the seaside to guard.

Initially, it was learned that the area of the fire was 50 meters by 50 meters. Firefighters were now opening their throats to fight the blaze. A large amount of smoke and fire were seen at the scene.
