Farmer Scott Thompson and his wife decided to grow "happiness" on their land in Wisconsin that for 70 years had produced only strawberries, raspberries and pumpkins.
Watching the season for their produce wither away while the pandemic lingered, the couple decided to plant more than two million sunflowers on their farm.
