In an estimated 1,000 households in Grafing, Bruck and Alxing, the electricity was gone on Monday afternoon.
Bayernwerk has now communicated the reason.

- An excavator tore down two earth power lines during fiber optic laying work in Alxing (municipality of Bruck).
This was confirmed by the network operator Bayernwerk.
Large parts of the community, parts of the city of Grafing and Nettelkofen were without electricity from 2:55 p.m. on Monday - Bayernwerk assumes around 1000 households are affected.
The supply was almost completely restored by the late afternoon, and work in individual households dragged on into the evening.
