"The final verdict that a Saudi court handed down today regarding the execution of journalist Jamal Khashoggi inside the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul falls short of meeting the expectations of Turkey and the international community,"

wrote on Twitter Fahrettin Altun, spokesperson for the Turkish presidency.
