In a text published Tuesday, September 8 on his Instagram account, Nicolas Bedos speaks in favor of euthanasia.
“
We do so much for our arrival on Earth ... and so little for our exit.
All these bottles, these shrinks, these blogs, these nannies, to get rid of helpless, helpless, suffering and bruised, like shit,
”he writes
.
“
Our last memories are precious like the life they contain.
The last page commits the quality and meaning of the book,
”he continues.
These posts on Instagram are apparently only a preamble to a longer text, in which Nicolas Bedos will detail his position on euthanasia.
"
I'm not the type to play committed artists
", he takes care to specify.
Nicolas Bedos denounces the "
vagueness of interpretation
" and the "
ethical dilemmas
" induced by the Leonetti law, which excludes therapeutic relentlessness but condemns so-called active euthanasia.
"
As for the care of patients at the end of their life, our courageous caregivers deserve psychological training so that those who leave take with them memories of gentleness, respect and nothing else
", continues the director of The good times.
“
Our farewell is our life,
” he concludes.
He associates with his remarks Jean-Luc Romero, the president of the Association for the right to die with dignity (ADMD).

The President of the Republic recalled that he was not “
above the law
”.
Laws that Nicolas Bedos specifically wants to see changed.
