It all started when Nissenkorn gave a speech and attacked the use of his method by Prime Minister Netanyahu and his men in the death of Yaakov Alkian in Umm al-Hiran, in order to advance the agenda against law enforcement agencies that handle Netanyahu's cases.

"Ugly use in case of death for the purpose of dealing with Netanyahu's cases. We did not just take the legal case. Netanyahu's cases will be clarified in the courts," Nissenkorn said.

Knesset Speaker Yariv Levin (Likud) responded to Nissenkorn's remarks: "It is not the rule of law to protect criminal offenses. This is the opposite of the rule of law. "

Amsalem, the liaison minister between the government and the Knesset and Nissenkorn's deputy in the Ministerial Committee on Legislative Affairs, replied:" You are claiming the stolen Cossack claim.
