White Form Application Eligibility

White form applicants need to be private housing tenants, public rental housing under the Housing Authority or rental housing estate under the Hong Kong Housing Society, or "family members" of any subsidized housing scheme unit tenants, or until the deadline, according to The owners of the Tenant Purchase Scheme units and their approved family members within 10 years from the date of signing the deed of assignment between the Housing Authority’s Tenants Purchase Scheme and the Housing Authority.

Income and asset limits for white form applicants

In this phase, the monthly income limit for one-person white form applicants is 33,000 yuan, and the asset limit is 850,000 yuan.

For family applicants with two or more members of the White Form, the monthly income limit is 66,000 yuan and the asset limit is 1.7 million yuan.

How to submit the form for white form applicants

For white form applicants who choose to submit by mail or in person, (i) the original paper copy of the completed application form, (ii) copies of the identity documents of the applicant and family members named in the application form during the application period; and (iii) ) Pay an application fee of HK$250 with a crossed cheque or cashier order (payable to the "Hong Kong Housing Authority"), and mail or submit to the HOS sales team.

If you apply for this sales plan and the "White Form Home Ownership Second Market Plan 2020" at the same time, the total application fee is HK$410.

Green Form Application Eligibility

Green Form applicants need to be residents of public rental housing under the Housing Authority, or residents of Category A rental housing estates under the Hong Kong Housing Society, or hold a valid Green Form Eligibility Certificate issued by the Housing Department or Urban Renewal Authority Certificate-only applicable to people who sell Home Ownership Scheme flats, or hold a valid "Letter of Guarantee" issued by the Housing Department Building Services Assistant grade staff, or the Housing Authority "Elderly Rent Allowance Scheme" recipients Benefactor.

How to submit the form for green form applicants

The application period is from 8:00 a.m. on September 10th to 7:00 p.m. on October 7th, 2020. 

It is worth noting that applicants must be at least 18 years old and have lived in Hong Kong for seven years on the application deadline.

Anyone can only be listed in one application for the same plan, otherwise it will be regarded as a duplicate application.

If the applicant or the family members listed in the second part of the application form are married, their spouse must also be listed in the same application form, but if there are documents to prove that they have legally divorced, the spouse does not have the right to land in Hong Kong or has passed away This is an exception.

The couples are listed separately in two application forms, and they are also considered as duplicate applications.

In case of repeated applications, all applications will be invalid regardless of the reason, and the application fee paid will not be refunded and cannot be transferred.
