Since January, the economy has indeed destroyed 715,000 jobs, including 215,000 in the second quarter, and no significant rebound is expected in the second half.
Worse, the unemployment rate is expected to climb to 9.5% of the working population at the end of the year, from 7.1% in March.
It is therefore urgent to revive the machine to create jobs, and this by going beyond the youth plan unveiled in June by the government.
