The president of Colombia, Iván Duque, assures that the facts of the death of the lawyer Javier Ordóñez will be investigated with "rigor and promptness."
Ordóñez died after two police officers beat him and used a stun gun to immobilize him.
The two officers involved in the incident are removed from their post.
