"The Ministry of National Education does not ask parents to present a medical certificate of no contraindication and such a request from the establishments is not based on any legislative or regulatory obligation", writes the National Council of the Order (CNOM) in a press release.
He "asks the minister to remind the rectorates, establishments and teachers".

The CNOM made this update because “since the start of the school year, doctors have alerted their Order to the pressures they are under to write 'medical certificates of no contraindication to returning to school' for children with symptoms evocative ”of Covid-19.

"The health protocol for schools and schools adopted by the Ministry of National Education, Youth and Sports provides that the return to school of the child is possible in the event of 'negative test or respect of deadlines prescribed by the health authorities ”, continues the Council of the Order.
