One person was killed and ten others were injured today in a fire that broke out in an explosion at a battery store west of the Iranian capital, Tehran.
The Iranian news agency "IRNA" quoted the fire director of the "Naseem Shahr" region, Iraj Turkman, as saying that a fire broke out in a battery-manufacturing store, which was caused by an explosion and left one dead and 10 wounded, indicating that the firefighters managed to put out the fire.
He pointed out that the store in which the fire broke out is located on the ground floor of a three-story residential building.
