Russia's Interior Ministry will request that its own investigators be present when German officials interview opposition leader Alexey Navalny.
According to a statement, the presence of Russian agents "will provide an opportunity to ask additional questions."
On August 20, Germany accused Moscow of poisoning Navalny with a nerve agent from the Novichok group.
