Owner of an estate whose official valuation is 205 million dollars when accounting for 1,412 properties,

left jail without facing the payment of the bond imposed by the Federal Oral Court 4 (TOF 4).
The bond was 368 million pesos, but his defense argued that he could not afford it and demanded a house arrest that was granted on Monday by order of the Chamber of Cassation.
From that moment, a labyrinthine journey began for businessman K, who, unable to enter a private neighborhood in Pilar, had to spend another two nights in prison to end up in a borrowed address in Greater Buenos Aires, whose address is being kept confidential. For security.
After four years and six months - 1,610 days - in prison, Lázaro Báez left cell 8 of Pavilion 6, where he had entered in April 2016. Since Monday he obtained house arrest, but it did not become effective until Wednesday past midnight.
It was almost 72 hours that businessman K waited in jail until the Justice resolved his situation: the residents of the private Ayres del Pilar neighborhood did not want him to stay in the property he has there, valued at 500,000 dollars.
On Tuesday morning, the lawyer Elizabeth Gassaro began to analyze whether she insisted on compliance with the house arrest in the place that had already been approved, or offered a new one, requesting

This alternative plan was presented to TOF 4 - made up of judges Néstor Costabel, Daniel Obligado and Jorge Gorini-, which analyzed it for almost two days.
Despite the enormous number of properties owned by Lázaro, distributed in eight different provinces,
the possibilities were limited.
On Tuesday at 3:42 p.m. the judges received an email from the Transfer Division of the Federal Penitentiary Service, where the director related what happened on Monday in Pilar.
At 4:00 p.m., the defense had already sent by email a new address so that the Patagonian businessman could begin to comply with the morigeration of his detention outside the Ezeiza prison.
In that e-mail, Báez's lawyers attached
photographs of the domain report, along with a digitized copy of a public deed
linked to the property in question.

With these data in hand, and with the prior decision that everything had to be done under absolute reserve so as not to repeat the incidents of Monday night, the judges of the Court asked the Minister of Justice, Marcela Losardo, to request the Assistance Program of People Under Electronic Surveillance of the Ministry in charge, and with "urgent character", the realization of a feasibility report and the socio-environmental conditions of the new address.
It was necessary to decide if the new property was a suitable place to serve a house arrest there.
Then, all possible means were arbitrated so that that address is kept in absolute reserve.
No one should know where the owner of the Austral Group would be transferred.
But some data emerged:

Just on Tuesday after 10:30 p.m., the Court received the technical feasibility report prepared by the Assistance Program for People Under Electronic Surveillance, in which it was recorded that the result "was satisfactory as long as the address in question was suitable for the implementation of the GPS device ”.
