President Donald Trump repeats phrases by former US President Franklin D. Roosevelt and former UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill to justify that he did not tell Americans in February the danger posed by COVID-19.
Trump reused Roosevelt's phrase that said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself" and that we have to "keep calm and move on", as the British government said in World War II.
